The palm fiber pallet production line is a special equipment cluster that uses palm fiber as the core raw material to manufacture standardized logistics pallets through pretreatment, mixing, high-temperature molding and other processes. It has both resource recycling and environmental protection characteristics.
The main material is palm fiber (fiber extracted from palm fruit bunches), which is compatible with auxiliary materials such as sawdust, adhesives or environmentally friendly resins to achieve low-cost raw material substitution. After crushing and drying (drying at 130℃ for 20-30 minutes), the moisture content of palm fiber is ≤15%, which is convenient for subsequent molding; it is mixed with adhesives or synthetic resins in proportion to enhance the fiber adhesion (automatic glue mixer is optional); a hot press (high temperature and high pressure process) is used to press into a pallet structure (such as square foot design) at one time, with low moisture content and corrosion resistance.
Environmental protection attributes: The raw materials are derived from palm fruit waste, and the finished products are fumigation-free and biodegradable, which is in line with the carbon neutrality policy;
Strength performance: The molding process makes the pallet highly resistant to pressure (suitable for cold chain, chemical and other scenarios);
Production efficiency: The daily production capacity of the automated equipment cluster can reach 100-200 pieces, and the raw material cost is reduced by more than 50%.

Palm fiber pallet production line process flow:
I. Raw material pretreatment stage
--Crushing and screening
The palm fiber raw material is crushed to a suitable length (5-15cm) by a double-shaft shredder, and impurities (such as fruit shells, stones, etc.) are removed by a vibrating screen to ensure fiber uniformity. Some production lines are compatible with auxiliary materials such as sawdust and waste plastics to improve the adaptability of raw materials.
--High temperature drying
The crushed palm fiber enters the drum dryer, and adopts 130℃±10℃ hot air circulation technology for 20-30 minutes to reduce the moisture content to ≤15%, meeting the molding humidity requirements.
II. Fiber mixing and glue mixing
--Adhesive preparation
The dried palm fiber is mixed with environmentally friendly adhesives (such as water-based resins or urea-formaldehyde glue) in proportion, and the amount of adhesive added is accurately controlled by an automatic weighing glue mixer (usually 8-15% of the raw material weight). The mixing process must ensure that the fiber and adhesive are evenly bonded to improve the compressive strength of the finished product.
III. High-temperature compression molding
--Mold filling and material laying
The mixed material is sent to the mold bin of the hot press through a belt conveyor, and the PLC system controls the quantitative filling to avoid cavities or overflow.
--High-pressure hot pressing shaping
A four-column hydraulic press (rated pressure 800-2000 tons) is used with the mold to press at a high temperature of 160-200℃ for 60-120 seconds to solidify the fiber and form a reinforcing rib structure. Moisture is released simultaneously during the pressing process, and the moisture content of the finished product is ≤10% to ensure dimensional stability.
IIII. Post-processing and quality control
--Demolding and cooling
The molded tray is automatically demolded by a hydraulic ejector device and enters the cooling zone for natural cooling or air cooling to reduce thermal stress deformation.
--Surface finishing and inspection
Sand or cut the edge burrs, and inspect the appearance defects (such as cracks and missing corners) manually or mechanically. Spot check the load-bearing performance of the pallet (static load ≥1 ton, dynamic load ≥0.5 ton) to ensure compliance with logistics standards.

Fully automated production solutions. In the entire production line, only one or two staff members are needed to handle normal operations.
Reusing waste wood, sawdust, wood chips, straw, coconut fiber (coir) and other fibers can significantly reduce the cost of raw materials.
The pressed wood pallet is of high quality with smooth surface, high loading capacity, good performance in water proof resistance and non-fumigation.
